Return & Exchange Policy
1. Exchange Period
Products purchased from the JustGlow online store can be exchanged within 10 days from the date of purchase.
2. Sale & Discounted Items
Items purchased during sale, promotion, or discount offers are not eligible for return or exchange.
4. Shade, Color, Texture & Fragrance Concern (No Return Policy)
If a customer does not like the shade, color, texture, or fragrance of the product:
i. No return will be accepted.
ii. The product can only be exchanged within 10 days.
iii. Delivery charges must be paid by the customer.
5. Product Condition Requirement
To be eligible for exchange:
i. The product must be unused.
ii. The product must be in its original packaging and good condition.
iii. Items with damaged or missing packaging will not be accepted.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Item
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:
i. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
ii. Share clear pictures and order details.
iii. After verification, a replacement will be arranged.
7. Processing Time
Exchange requests are processed within 5-7 working days after approval.
8. Order Cancellation
Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
