Order Processing

• All orders are processed and packed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after you receive your order confirmation.

• You will receive another notification email or SMS once your order has shipped, along with tracking details.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates We offer nationwide delivery across Pakistan.

• Standard Delivery: A flat rate applies to all standard orders.

• Free Delivery: We offer free shipping on all orders over Rs. 2,999.

Estimated delivery time within major cities (Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad) is usually 2–3 business days. For other cities and remote areas, please allow 3–5 business days for your package to arrive.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Yes, we offer Cash on Delivery across Pakistan. Please ensure someone is available at the provided shipping address to receive the package and make the payment.

How do I check the status of my order? When your order has shipped, you will receive an update from us containing a tracking number. You can use this number to check the status of your delivery directly on our courier partner's website. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking portal to update.

Issues with Delivery? If you haven’t received your order within 6 days of receiving your shipping confirmation, please reach out to us at info@justglow.com.pk or WhatsApp us at +923311114653 with your name and order number. We will look into it immediately.
